This village located in Val di Cembra is seat of handcraft, commerce and work of wood. The climate is mild. The village is divided in two district: Cort and Vich. Everyone of this, has his fountain and his square. During the past there was a strong immigration to Belgio and in the village there was "Baco da seta" (silk) industry.
